University of New Hampshire Field Guide
How do we create a new view book, one of the flagship print pieces for the university, that cuts through all of the clutter and connects with prospective students and parents/guardians on a deeper level? We started with UNH’s deep history, added in a touch of location (nestled between mountains, the ocean, and cities), a mix of our R1 research prowess and a dash of bringing the experience to life through imagery and stories to round it all out. While the marketing team is still sorting out the direct impact this piece made, we have received tons of positive feedback from internal stakeholders that it was one of the best pieces they had seen come out of UNH. We also heard from several parents that this piece stood out in the pile of hundreds of others they received from competing institutions and definitely put UNH at the top of their list.
In addition, the new view book received a Gold Marcom Medal.
